CHARLES MARSHALL

Having written to the Fleet Headquarters at Whale island, regarding a former PT Instructor, Sergeant Charles Marshall around 1953, and from Northern Ireland. He was engaged to my mother in 1954. Apparently he injured his back and was hospitalised for about 2-3 years. Apparently he trained for his flying badge and passed this.
He hailed from Scott Street, Downpatrick and had a sister called Geraldine and a brother who was a nurse.

708CS SQUAD

The 50th anniversary reunion of 708CS Squad will be taking place over the weekend of Thurs 25 Sept/Sun 28 Sept 2008 at the Royal Beacon Hotel, Exmouth, Devon. Approximately 20+ lads with wives/partners etc will be in attendance so a thoroughly enjoyable time is guaranteed. LESLIE FLINDERS - PLY/X 111483

I am in search of information regarding the late Leslie Flinders (ply/x 111483) born 23/11/1924 in Bristol, England. He joined the Royal Marines on 02/02/1943 and served until 28/08/1946. I have been trying to locate his personal, medical records for nearly 2 years now. I would love to know where he served etc.
He came to Australia in 1946/47 and never returned to England. He married our mother in 1948.
